I can't register an account. My email address has already been taken.

You already have an account. Click on login and enter your email address and password.

I have forgotten my password.

Click on the link "I forgot my password". You will get instructions how to change your password by mail. Check your spam folder if you didn't receive an email.  

How can I make changes to my registration details?

You can change your account and class details under "Manage account". 

I didn't have time to start on my start date. Can I postpone my start?

No worries, you can start later. The adventure is valid for three months starting from the start date you have chosen. You can start at any time within these 3 months.

If you need more time, postpone your start date under Manage account -> edit class info. This can be done as long as the adventure is valid. If your adventure is not valid anymore, please contact the Muuvit Team. 

I made a mistake in choosing a destination or a starting point of the adventure.

Choosing a new starting point: You need to delete all your activity points in the teacher' lounge. Then choose a new starting point for your adventure and insert the activity points again.  

Choosing a new destination: Delete the activity points as far as you don't reach the by mistake chosen destination anymore. Pick a new destination and insert the activity points again. 

 

What do I need to do before starting my adventure?

1. Create individual passwords for the students. You can do this in the teachers' lounge under Students - add a new student to your adventure. With the password, the students can log in into the Muuvit App and the online Adventure. 

2. Have the students download the Muuvit App. You will find the link for example on the Muuvit webpage or on the Kids' login page. If a student is not able to use the App, he/she can enter his/her amount of physical activity on the computer. Just login in with the password under Kids' login page. The teacher can print out an exercise card in the teachers' lounge under Students - download exercise card.   

3. Pick your starting point and the first destination on the map. (S. "selecting adventure route")

What if my student doesn't have access to the Muuvit App?

My student made a mistake in entering activity manually in the app.

After syncing it is not possible to correct the numbers. The teacher can correct the amount of activity points in the teachers' lounge. Just delete the points of the day in question and insert the correct number of activity points.
